CONTINENTAL USA: Zamberlan USA only ships on Business Days year-round. If the post office or freight carriers such as FedEx are closed, so is our shipping department. Please be advised that all orders take 1-2 business days to process and are usually shipped the day after the order is placed. Due to high order volumes during the months of December and January, your order may not ship until 2 business days after the order is placed. This applies to all orders, even ones shipped via express mail. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We ship only via UPS or USPS Priority (United States Postal Service). We will not ship any other method. You can choose the speed of shipping when you are placing your order. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the weight of your order and location. Shipping rates are NOT negotiable. Please note, in 2016 we augmented our credit card fraud suite in order to help prevent fraudulent activity on our site. One of the measures we have taken as a result, was to ensure billing and shipping addresses are identical. As such, please ensure your ship-to-address matches your bill-to-address on your credit card, otherwise your transaction will be declined and canceled.
